With a short discovery call over WhatsApp or email, followed by a written proposal covering scope, timeline and price. Work begins once that proposal is agreed and the first payment is received.
Monthly packages run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Project work is scoped and priced individually.
Once an engagement is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables made specifically for you transfers to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and pre-existing materials used to build them. See our terms of service.
You get a written update every week while work is in progress, plus a monthly summary of what was delivered and its results. Reporting cadence can be adjusted at kickoff.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences and ad spend are billed separately or paid directly by you. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved separately before it starts.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the service has not yet started. Once work has begun, refunds cover only the portion not yet delivered. Full detail is in our refund policy.
