ARBISOFT SARL respects intellectual property rights and expects users of arbisoft.biz and clients of our services to do the same. We respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe material published on arbisoft.biz infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to Contact@arbisoft.biz with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the material you want removed, in enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly. We notify the party who supplied the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after a reasonable period unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed.
Repeat infringement
We may terminate services or accounts of clients who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
False claims
Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
